• The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same original condition as when purchased and is in its original packaging.
• The exchange or return request will be approved within 3 business days.
• If the return or exchange request is approved, the courier will arrive at the customer's location within 3-5 business days.
• Please send a message via the WhatsApp app to the number shown on the shipping policy to request a return or exchange, or contact us through our Contact Us page.
• Please take a photo of the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, defective, or does not work as agreed.
• The customer will receive a full refund if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website's product page.
• We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product use that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
